Operations Manager

Salary £36,408 to £44,904

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage our skilled and very experienced Direct Labour Organisation. The 14 strong operations team undertakes annual maintenance of approximately 1,000 km of watercourse often working long hours and responding to flood events when required. In addition to the team, the Operations Manager oversees 30 pumping stations which form linchpins in our drainage systems and numerous other water management structures that are constructed and maintained by our operations team.

Enthusiastic, flexible and energetic in approach, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills, an ability to plan and organise multiple projects and be able to deliver work on time and to budget. Experience in land drainage or a similar industry would be a distinct advantage.
