STUART MCKENZIE
GENERAL MANAGER
Stuart qualified with a degree in Agriculture at Aberdeen University in 1981. He entered his managerial career with F.M.C., working throughout Scotland. In 1986, he moved to Lincolnshire working first with GW Padley Ltd before moving to Cherry Valley Farms Ltd, where he spent 20 years of his working life, managing complex processing operations with large workforces. Stuart has additionally spent two years with Geest plc, based in Grimsby, overseeing short shelf life high volume processing delivering fresh soups, sauces and ready meals to companies such as Waitrose.
Stuart is married to Clare and both their sons were born and brought up in Lincoln.
When not working for Woldmarsh Stuart’s interests are many and varied, including fishing, swimming, theatre and gardening.

NATHALIE HALEBER
AGROCHEMICAL ADMINISTRATOR
Nathalie was born in the Netherlands and came to England in 2008.
Having gained a Diploma MTS for fashion and design in Amsterdam she then went to London and worked as an Aupair.
Most recently she worked for Balfour Beatty in Derby and Grimsby as a purchase and stores coordinator and as an assistant buyer.Having worked there she gained a CPCS card and is a trained Operator Industrial Forklift Truck Driver.
Nathalie joined Woldmarsh in June 2011.

DEBRA CARLIN
ELECTRICITY MANAGER
Originally starting her career working for Cape Industrial Services as a site/wages clerk at various power stations Debbie decided to take time out to broaden her horizons working at various Volkswagen dealers as a senior administrator. She couldn’t keep away from electricity and joined Woldmarsh in September 2008 as our electricity manager.

Denise is the fuels trader; she has over sixteen years experience in administration and office management for a large retail company before joining Woldmarsh in May 2002.

KATIE JARVIS
AGRICULTURAL SUNDRIES & TELECOMS MANAGER
Katie has been in purchasing for 10 years. She has bought a wide range of products, varying from stainless steel, to electronic components, to packaging, to farm machinery parts.
The vast majority of her experience has been gained within manufacturing.
She is CIPS qualified and an active member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.

Helena joined Woldmarsh in 1998 she is the only full-time member of the accounts team, before Woldmarsh Helena worked for Forrester Boyd.

FRANCESCA BILLINGS
FUEL & SEED ADMINISTRATOR
Francesca grew up in Lincolnshire and left for a career with British Gas plc, later moving to London to work in Insolvency with RSM Robson Rhodes LLP. Following an addition to the family she has now returned to her beloved Lincolnshire and joined Woldmarsh in September 2008 and will probably stay until she dies.
She is an avid supporter of local produce initiatives and is a keen cook and socialiser.

JO QUELCH
MARKETING MANAGER
Jo joined Woldmarsh at the beginning of 2010 having relocated from London, where she worked as a Senior Analyst within the Financial Services.
She now lives on a farm in Ingoldmells with her partner, who is a Woldmarsh member.
Qualifications include an MA in Organisation Studies and a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing. Jo is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Amy joined Woldmarsh in April 2009 as Receptionist, but has since been promoted to Agricultural Sundries & Telecoms Administrator

Jackie joined the accounts team at Woldmarsh on a part-time basis in April 1998, having previously worked in administration at a local veterinary surgery. She is married to Andy, a local farmer, and has a daughter and son, and last year became a grandma for the first time. She likes to spend her spare time with the family.

Sue has worked at Woldmarsh as a part time accounts clerk for several years. Starting at Cannon Street House with David Bryant & Ray Harniess. Previously working as a bank clerk with Barclays Bank and a computer operater with C K Addison of Louth.
She is married to Brian, has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Georgie joined the agrochemical team in August 2009. Following her graduation from Northumbria University in 2008 with a degree in Estate Management. Georgie has a keen interest in the agricultural industry, derived from her agricultural family and growing up on a farm in the local area.
Georgie is passionate about promoting British Agriculture to the general public and has recently organised an Open Farm Sunday on 13th June 2010, in conjunction with a Woldmarsh member at Carrington Farms.

SHANNON EAGLESTONE
FERTILISER ADMINISTRATOR
Joining Woldmarsh in January 2011, Shannon previously worked for Gleadell Agriculture as a Trading Assistant.
She has gained a Pass in Animal Management and a Distinction in Agriculture at National Diploma level from Riseholme Agricultural College in Lincolnshire.
In her spare time, Shannon is the club secretary for Wainfleet Young Farmers, and a co-ordinator within Lincolnshire Young Farmers.

JAMES ALLIS

Brought up on a small family farm in Alford, James graduated from Bangor University with a BSc in Agriculture with Agricultural Economics.
He first joined Woldmarsh in 1993 as Agrochemical & Seed Manager. A post he held for 12 years before moving on to join Nickersons Seeds as their North West England Seed Specialist.
James returned home to Lincolnshire in 2011 to rejoin Woldmarsh as Agrochemical Manager.
James is BASIS and FACTS qualified.

Angie was born in South Africa and moved to the UK in 2001. She lived in Oxford, where she gained qualifications in childcare, education, ICT and a Diploma in a Private Secretarial course.
Having previously worked at Hampton Steel & Wire in Northampton as a Stock Controller, she has vast experience in general administration.

ALISON NORTH
SEED ADMINISTRATOR
Initially Alison worked as an Accountant in Lincoln for 6 years before returning to agricultural roots and studying a BSc (Hons) Crop Production at De Montfort University, graduating with a 2:1. She also gained a BASIS Level Certificate in Agriculture.
Post university she worked as Senior Field Trials Officer for The Arable Group, Northern Region gaining practical experience and qualifications.
In her spare time she is a keen animal and wildlife pastel artist, and currently has several pet portrait commissions underway. Alison is married with two children.

HEATHER CLARIDGE
FERTILISER MANAGER
Heather joined Woldmarsh as the Fertiliser Manager in September 2011.
Heather spent the previous 7 years working as the Trading Office General Manager/Fertiliser Business Manager with an East Anglian based co-operative. Before that she was an Agchem Manager at a merchant sector.
She has also been involved in the seed industry and spent 10 years as a cereal crop inspector.
She is on the BASIS Professional Register for Fertiliser, Agrochemicals, MCIPS qualified and has other business management qualifications.
